almost everytimeI start my car blue smoke comes out exhaust. a friend told me its probably a deteriorating head gasket and oil is leaking. is it hard to replace or any other suggestions would be great.

Its not the headgasket, your friend is an idiot. Its the valve stem seals, if it only blows smoke on startup. Which really doesnt effect anything. Just leave it alone until it blows smoke all the time.
And btw, headgaskets DO NOT deteriorate over time, they either work or they dont. If you headgasket was blown your car would run like absolute dogsh!t.
