Default CLUTCH IN SVT

Anyone done a clutch in a SVT? I have an 01 and there's not much left of the disc Im sure. Having trouble finding gears and the adjustment isnt doing anything to help this condition. I have done clutches on other vehicles. Is this any more complicated. A guy was telling me there are some measurements on the back of the block to do to ensure the input shaft is centered, and possible dowel adjustements to make. Anyone heard of this? Not being able to shift into gears is also troubling me. Perhaps i need to look into the tranny while its out and make sure this isnt the beginning of my syncros wearing out.
Any thoughts or info would be great.

Not sure how to move posts yet, but you should post this in the SVT sub-section under 4.6L. Unless your car is a Saleen Cobra [&:] Either way you would still get more knowledgeable help up there.

OK, I figured it out - moving it to the SVT section for you.
