Pricing help

Quick question for you all. A guy on a different forum was asking if $22,900 (Canadian) was a good price for an '01 Cobra with 15,000 km on it. No other info was available. I thinkthe price is insane, but I'm not sure.

Is this a good price?

How much is that in USD? and how many miles are 15km? lol...

Also, what is the market for those cars in Canada?

If it is like 15-17k USD then it is a good price.
