i had my 99 cobra upper intake ground smooth and polished out and got it back today, when i started the car the rpms went straight to 4000 i can seem to put my finger on the problem, was wodering for any suggestions, i might take it off to see it i left any vac hoses unplugged or off. any help would be nice thanks

 

Sounds like some vacuum hoses are disconnected or connected wrong.

 

found out it was dirty iac valve
