The saleen will have a higher resale value. IMO the saleen would make a great cruiser and show car and not be a car i would want to tear down into a full race machine, while the cobra is a little more down to earth power and something i wouldn't mind altering to get the performance i want. Not to say you can't have the best of both worlds with either carbut the saleen will always be more of a collectors item to me

 

buy a saleen for a good price and drop a cobra motor in it.that's what i did and have the best of both worlds.

i dunno about that resale value thow. i think bothequallybeing special performance cars from ford will hold value to the equal extent.

now if you can ****** a 04 comp orange or mystic cobra then your in the money
