Is it sad that I actually shift mine so that the shift light never comes on?? I drive my car like a granny most of the time. It's a little more pathetic when you find out that I'm 19 and drive it responsibly. Can't afford the tickets, and I love the car too much to lose it.

Correcto... its annoying as ****[>:] I turned mine off with my predator, if you followed where it told you to shift, you would be shifting somewhere around 3k rpms.

The shift light is on the bottom of the gauge cluster. It's near the theft light?? Been a while since I've seen mine.
Most people turn it off, because it's really annoying. It's just a little yellow arrow that points up. Didn't know I had one until I got a new computer.
