in short, no, it won't. yes, the cobras and the lightnings use the same m112 compressor, but the bolt patterns are different, and it will not bolt up to ur lower intake manifold...
The lighnings are 5.4L aren't they? They are a wider block and the heads sit further away from each other. I don't even think you can get an adapter plate to make it work!
