The hub is what you press on the supercharger snout.

The ring is the pulley itself.

It's a modular pulley system that makes it easy to adjust the size of the pulley. The head of the pulley has allen screws that hold it on to the hub. Just loosen the belt, remove the old one, attach a new one and go (its a 5 minute job). I had one on my Grand Prix. I went to a 3.0" and realized that I was running to much KR so I went down to a 3.25" and she worked great. (Stock was a 3.8" pulley on an Eaton M90).

It looks like they give you the option of buying several different pulley sizes.

???

You only get "one" pulley. The rings allow you to upgrade later without having to pull the pulley off your charger again (a severe PITA and subjecting your expensive investment to possible damage) and having to pressing the new one back on. This way you do it once and can change the size of your pulley in 5 minutes to meet the need for continued mod'ing! (the more mods you run the smaller a pulley you can run (smaller pulley = more boost).
