Default 99 Cobra Problems?

Alright guys I bought this Cobra less then three weeks ago with 75k miles on the clock. After driving it on a day to day basis and getting familiar with the car, two problems have been brought to my attention. Clutch was fine until a few days ago when I noticed that as I pressed it down to the floor, just as it is FULLY engaged, it makes a rough squeaking noise. Is this time for a new clutch? It feels a bit harder to press in but it's bearable. I also noticed that once the car is fully warmed up the right exhaust pipe has a popping sound at idle. Any of these problems sound familiar?

Throw out bearing for the first and yes it may have to be replaced as the worn out t/o bearing can cause friction on the clutch fingers. The exhaust could be a number of things. Pop like what? like a "tink" noise? metals make sounds when they get hot and cold especially stainless steel as it retains heat longer than mils steel and is much harder.
