Im buying a new set of struts for the front of my cobra, i want to be able to launch the car well but i also want it to handle good also. I was thinking about the strange 10 way adjustables, does any1 else have any good ideas for what i should get?

adjustables will give you the ability to set them really soft for launching, but they are still not comparable to launching springs. The rate tranfer is much better, but then you have to deal with handling compromise. Adjustables is prob what your looking for. Those are good.

 

I've heard nothing but good things about the Lakewoods, but I don't know a lot about good shocks/struts for drag racing. Just my 2 cents though...

 

I know a guy that has a complete UPR suspension on a turbo fox body and hespeaks very highly ofit. I know the setups are completely different, but might be something to check into.

 

yea i cant make up my mind on what i want, evreything i find is only dual adjustable, i cant find any of the strange 10 way adjustables anywhere...any1 got any ideas

 

I run the QA1 adjustable shocks and love them. Koni's are another great adjustable you can go with.
