I know this has been discussed before on here at some point, but didnt think this was brought up. Maximum Motorsports makes a brace that claims it fits "most" CAI setups on the 01 Cobra. I've got a JLT CAI so I asked JLT, Lethal Performance, and Maximum Motorsports and they all said the exact same thing, "the MM strut tower brace is designed to fit most CAI, but we are not positive." Has anyone had any luck finding a brace to fit with a JLT or does anyone have the MM strut tower brace? It looks really good, any other suggestions are welcome. thanks

I was told just to take it off when i put my supercharger on. They said they have tests that prove it does very little for youif anything. just my .02

 

JLT will not work with a STB.

 

MM does not clear a JLT intake. I heard that Steeda makes one that clear the JLT but I would call them up and ask before you order it.

 

thanks you guys, saved me some cash. Gonna throw it into paint now and will have some pics ready for approval soon.

 

I notice a difference in the feel of the car on the hills I drive when I take off the brace. The car seems too wild without it.
