you will need a pulley and hub and a shorter belt. i would reccomend getting a set of better idler pulleys as well. the billet flow ones are really nice. if you do a 2.76 withthe billetflow 4 pc idler set the belt length is 74 5/8ths inches. it will be tight you cna get it on without notching the tensioner, but it will be alot easier with it notched. you will also need a tune done on the car.

I'd recommend either the Billetflow or Reichard Racing pullies. Definitely the Billetflow iders. You can do a single auxilliary idler (common), 3, or 4. I chose the Billetflow 3-ider set. By the way, the stock idlers are junk and have been known to let go at the worse time. So for that reason I would recommend the 4-idler set. Billetflow has a belt selector guide on their website. I have my own on my website. http://stangshiftergaskets.com/BeltSelectionGuide.htm

+1 on the stock idlers. I have one of mine ripped almost clean in half, lol...
On another note - you really don't want a lower pulley with that small of an upper pulley- you'll create to much boost and it won't be worth it. You will need a bit of cooling modifications though: radiator, heat exchanger, head cooling mod, tstat... that will help you compensate the motor heat and the higher intake temps due to the more power.
