Default little termi issues need input

Hey guys, well, I am a proud new owner of an 03 cobra. Picked er up in Denver for 19k. Runs great, but a few strange issues: first, the batter/charging system turns off and on. I noticed when I am going uphill it turns off, and sometimes stays off. Really seams to flash as if something is loose. Doesn't affect performance whether on or off.
Second: My idle is acting kinda strange. I notice when I just take it out of gear when comming to a stop, whether in neutral or clutch in, idle is high (1200-1600rpm). Now, if I am stopped and the idle is high as described above, I can give a quick blip on the throttle, and shell drop to as low as 600rpm, but always drops.
The upgrades are: Cobra throttle body, pulley, tune, and flowmasters. Got any help or info my brothers?

Check the battery I had a similar problem I had over tightened the battery terminalconnector thing(lack of better word)and it fractured it. Changed it off problem solved.

+1 AZ snake... if that indicator is popping on/off you should get ready to replace your alternator... These cars EAT alternators.. I was on my 3rd in a matter of 18 months with the car when I sold it... and that one was going bad.

The throttle body might be the reason it's sticking.. I know the Accufab t/b's have a rep. of doing that.. but i don't know what kind of t/b you have either...
