Opinions?
There are a few reasons why... The built motor, the 6 speed, the "SVT" name, the ability for 500rwhp with $2,000? The look... the fact that they hold their value, or the fact that there aren't over 100k of them on the road...
And the fact that a blown GT will only hang with a pullied Cobra, then get annhilated when they swap or port their blower.

Blow your GT and Blow your motor...maybe. The Terminator already has forged internals, motors are strong. It will take alot more money to make a GT as fast and reliable IMO. Plus the Termi looks better....
good luck blowing a terminator out of the water with a s197 gt, be prepared to spend some serious dough. i bought a terminator because of the stock platform and the easy ability to mod it like crazy. how about the fact that the blue book on my 2003 is higher than your 2006. shoot with 48k miles onit and 5 years oldit is still blue booking at 23,000. and witht he stuff done on it i could sell it for over 30k easily. lets see your s197 put out 850 hp on the stock block and crank. thats why the hype.
I already posted in the other thread but after owning both the cobra is a better car by far. I dropped so much money into my 06 gt and it doesnt even compare to the cobra and I have barely even touched it yet. They are both nice cars but I would take a cobra anyday over a mustang gt.
