Alright, so on my 03 v6 i have 18x9 and 18x10 replica saleen wheels with bfgoodrich g-force kdw 2 tires, which are pretty damn sticky. My question is, if i were to use these rims and tires at the track or for weekend use, would i have to worry much abotu the rims exploding under the power of the car... maybe not exploding, but breaking.

 

No way man, that should be the least of your worries! Just go out and have fun! Worry about your rear end more than anything .

 

Awesome. Believe me, the rear end is a much bigger issue, but i have the wheels with some fantastic rubber on them so i just wanna make sure itll be ok. First upgrades are gunna be support mods, ie stronger rear end and more for the "handling department"

 

To be honest dude, if you are stock, get you a Billetflow IRS brace, and whatever wheels, and sticky tires, and launch it hard! Trust me, I launch the HELL out of my car and have yet to have a problem!
