So Im trying to get more power out of the engine,it has a magnaflow exhaust on it already. Are these some good mods? Is Diablosport OK to run with this setup?

Maybe look into COPs and plugs (prolly need them soon anyways), gears since you will have the tuner, and a suspension upgrade. You'll be pretty pleased with that until you can save up for either internals or an sc (or both).

Oh and if your spending that much on the intake, might as well go with JLT. Just my .02

Thanks for the tips. COP = Coil over pack?Im such a newbie lolz. What are some good plugs and what gappage for them? Dunno about the gears yet, I want to have decent milage ( Im such a cheap b$stard ). Do u recommend a catlessmid-pipe instead of catted? I wouldnt mind doing a catless h-m-pipe.

Ya go with an offroad midpipe unless you have to pass emissions. You will get more hp and it will sound better in my opinion.

yeah coil pack, alot of guys say that plugs and COPs dont help that much but my theory is that if they go bad replace it with a better one. I went with NGK for plugs i think (been awhile) and MotoBlue COPs from rpmoutlet. Catless if you can get away with it, I was forced to toss in some magnaflow hi flow cats and cant tell much difference from my old off road setup. I also use the diablosport and recommend it.

Do you already have an intake system on it? If not you may want to look into getting a intake (JLT, C&L, BBK) and possibly even a bigger tb.

Thanks for all the info. I will be a newb for a while until I get the hang of my 4.6l ( used to the FI 4banger setup ).

What are the points of the COP? I know that when you are introducing more air into a FI engine, spark gappageis important. Is this the same casewith running a CAI on my cobra? If so, whats a recommended gap for the spark plugs?

I decided to go with the K&N FI CAI. I know its a trusted brand, and I feel safer using it.( besides that, I was never into the chromed out look ). I had an AEM CAI on my old car, and that thing ended up sucking water without hitting puddles. Not fun when youre driving on a rainy day and your car starts running erratically ( jumping from 1.75k - 5k rpm every .5 secs )

Is running a standard diblosport tune on this setup OK? Do I need to change parameters, or is it plug and play? If so, should I invest in a wide band O2 sensor? Sorry for all the questions, but I really dont want to hurt my car. Shes my baby

I say save your money for a while until you can afford a supercharger of a turbo. The gains you'll get from what you've mentioned will be minimal. Go big or go home. Gears are always a good idea too.

Heh, well about the FI.... I plan on running a N/A + nitrous setup first, then in the future getting a hellion turbo kit with a 76mm turbo. I want to run a 150 shot in the not too far future.

So my plan thus far for building up to the turbo is:

Some engine internals, N20, more engine internals, tranny, etc,turbo setup
