t-5 b&m ripper shifter

will a b&m ripper shifter that i had on my 1996 v6 which had a t-5 tranny fit on my 2001 cobra?? if not why??

no it wont the in 2001 the cobra and some of the GT's had the T-3650 tranny in them. it was updated and also when u change the rear end gears instead of changeing the speedo gear u just change it with a tuner.
