+1, but i've seen some 4xx rwhp N/A 4v's out there... but that's a lot of dough... the cubes just aren't there to really go much higher...

Ebay a used eaton and intake/intercooler, port it, get a MAF, injectors, and a tune. If you are frugal you could dothis < $1800. 450hp is 450hp either way natural or forced induction would put the same load on your engines lower end. Keep it under 500 hp and stock internals will be OK. You could always go with a 150 hp wet kit.
Just went to ebay and found an complete take off a 03 Cobra for everything you will need for $999. Just get a tune.

For the average guy on a budget, full bolt-on 4v will make between 300-310 at the tires without the manifold ported. Port the mani and you're around 320-330 at the tires. But like Blownsvt said, it's not enough...
