A/C problems

I have a 99 Cobra and the a/c stopped working. When I put a gauge on the low side port, I read between 150 and 200 psi. Does anyone have an idea that might help me out?

Has it just stopped working like it won't click on or is it just not blowing cold air? You might need a free-on charge.
