problem starts from the second the car starts. idleing and shifting at low rpm's is a little tough but not that bad. but the higher rpm's i run the harder the shifting gets. its every gear. when i go to shift it just will not go in. ive already tried and put in a mgw shifter and tried changing the fluid. please help driving me nuts.

 

if its every gear, then it is clutch related... Get it checked soon, because if you continue to drive it like that, you will most likely be looking into a transmission rebuild...
