1. It can be done without removing the supercharger but its a tight fit. I removed the fuel rails and disconnected everything around the drivers side head and around the back to give me more room. The freeze plug is a hard solid piece of medal. I just took a drill and drilled a hole in the middle of it. I have this bar with a handle and a tiny little hook on the end. Stuck the hook in the hold i drilled in the freeze plug and hit upward on the handle with a hammer and it came rite out. (Hopefully you guys can understand what im talking about. I'm not very good with giving directions).

Yup Good ol LP. I rec. That you upgrade ur radiator and Heat exchanger all at the same time since you got to drain the radiator to do the head cooling mod. It will just save you some time so you dont have to do it again.
No idea if Certificates are available for that year still, but it's 1-800-Ford-SVT. They aren't free like they were a couple years ago. I think it's around $30.
