I have a 96 cobra i just recently purchased a external shift lite with the pills and a tach adapter (autometer items) does anyone know which wire or where the tach adapter taps into on the computer cause i was told it could be into the coil packs or the computer but i want a clean finish (no wires hanging)

 

You can tap into it where it goes into the computer. I suggest going to a ford dealership and have them look the wire up for you.
