Well, im sure I wont be on it all of the time, 95% of the time i drive like an old lady, speed limit, very passive driving, etc. From what I hear, 500hp+ is a bitch to drive in town without making a scene of things or being too gentle, so im sure with the power, I wouldn't be tempted that much more. I wouldn't be doing the port/pully bit right away, im just a bit curious anyway. I don't actually plan on skipping out on things, just easing into them. If someone told me that yes, all of those cooling bits are required to run more boost and power, I would accept that and just wait a little longer, hold off for a month before doing anything major and do it all right.

Dick - you say that only because you dont have the car.. in reality it's VERY easy to utilize the power in these cars... and remember.. it only takes once. That heat gets up there very quick.. if you don't believe me go search svtperformance for "blown terminators"

How fast do these heat up to dangerous temps?

WOT for about 14-17 seconds is good enough to have some people blow something....
