Handheld Tuners
I was looking at getting a tuner, and was wondering if this was the one I should be getting since I own a 2003 Cobra..I know it says it is made for my model but was curious if anybody has one? Are they worth the money? Here is the link...

I heard they were good, but my car is stock, if I get it can I tune a stock car with it and get some horse? Or do I have to put it on a dyno and then do it? thanks guys

I have no experience with them, but I plan on buying one myself. you can definitely get a cheaper one by searching svtp.com, just if you buy used make sure it's unmarried/unlocked to the original owners car.
you can definitely gain some horses but take it to a tuner.

I thought I could get some horses out of it, but I really didnt want to put it on a dyno when it was basically stock...I thought that would be a waste of money...Thats why I was asking if I could plug it in and get some...thanks 4 the reply
I would call up your tuner first and see what they deal with either SCT or Diablo. Sometimes they will give you a great deal on a tuner and dyno tune.
Also someone over on SVTP posted a dyno sheet and with a canned tune on a SCT he gained only 8hp and 10tq. His air/fuel was also off from the canned tune.

if your terminator is stock why would you spend hundreds on a tune FIRST?
you should sink that into a cat back/CAI/blower pulley
much better gains there. maybe hold off on the pulley until you accrue enough funds to get the pulley (60-100 bucks) and the tuner/dyno tune at the same time though so it can be tuned for safety/effeciency. but deffinately suggest you buy cat back and intake first. then save for pulley/tuner/tune
