I had the BBK high flow H pipe w cats on my 96 Cobra. Tee car always ran hot. I switched to the Bassani high flow X pipe w cats and the overheating went away and it really sounded great. I ran the Bassani X pipe for about 5 years and have just recently gone to an off road X pipe.

 

i was running flowy with a bbk x pipe on my gt and it sounded mean. so that wouldnt disappoint you. on my cobra im running a pypes o/r x pipe, it had a good fitment and sounds great. good luck on your choice.

I found a new old stock MAC high flow for sale. Should have it installed in a few weeks.

nice, they were discontinued for having problems with their catalytic converters.

thus, the reason they only offer O/R H and Prochamber.

 

also idk how many of your year cobra has been in production but i know here in ohio we can make most cobras a collectable and collectable plates which lets us run any exhaust and any tint and so on
