Where in the hell do you find the smoked or blackout taillights for an '01. Every where I look all I find are those dumb euro tails. No offense to anyone who has them but I'm not modding a civic.

 

i believe the tinted tail lights that you have seen are stock.

its either tint film or some sort of tint spray over the stock tails.

some one else can chime in thats done it before.

Yup thats the look I was going for. I didn't know it was tint. This sucks. I just can't stand having the amber turn signals. Maybe I'll just throw some '03 tails in.

they have smoked COVERS for the headlights and tail lights, or you can go to a tint shop and have them done, might be cheaper but you cant just take them off if you get a ticket.

Alot of Terminator owners buy your style tail lights with the amber turn signal. If yo go over on SVTP there like gods gift to man lol. Alot of people actually reaplace theres with your style. IMO I love the amber ones (style you got). I say leave them and don't tint them.

you can remove vinyl tint.

i used VHT Niteshade, which is an aerosol tint, which is non-reversible, at least not without a lot of scrubbing probably with a wire brush.
