the way i understand it is it helps to keep fuel pressure up at all times on setups that have a high fuel demand. It basically has fuel constantly flowing through the rails and back to the tank.

i guess im using the wrong word then f'in a cotton. i call it a sump because it keeps fuel in a contained area, a gt tank has no BAFFLE, its a pump in a very small basket vs. cobra tank with pumps attatched to hat with stock baffles. so trust me when i say stock gt tank is DIFFERENT from a 03-04 cobra and if you bolt a cobra hat on with dual pumps you will have problems.

got it. stock 03-04 tanks can be had. i sold mine for 200 bucks when i switched to my sumped tank. maybe check ebay or svtp etc for one. theres alot of guys going turbo on there that might be switching to a sumped tank external pump setup like i did.
