Its a decent amount of boost. Keep in mind, we're talking PUMP gas too! The 3.4L whipple is incredibly efficient... For example:

My friends Saleen (eaton supercharged)

ambient temp: 70 degrees
IAT: 170 degrees

My Car

Ambient temp: 70 degrees
IAT: 92 degrees...

Also keep in mind that the 3.4L Whipple can support over 30 psi, of course on race gas... My car was built for it.
First of all just gonna start by saying im not trying to start ****, but im just saying you can't really compare a roots supercharger to a twinscrew. The Eaton is somewhat cheap, reliable ( @ low boost) supercharger that can be used for stright from the factory cars. And the eaton really is quite efficent untill you get into higher boost, Then it becomes the heaton. You might have more problems with it in the desert but for the most part its a nice little low boost supercharger. I'd say a better comparison is a KB vs Whipple as far as efficency goes.

I wasn't arguing as the first sentence said, and i siad nothing about the race or his car just that it wasn't really a fair comparison between the 2 different types of blowers, i've got nothing against whipple i've just never seen one perform IRL thats why i like KBs, ive seen quite a few IRL and was impressed. the eaton car was just his friends not the one he raced and i wasn't saying thats why he won or they lost, just throwing it out there.

I never said that it was a fair comparison. Its just A comparison Keep in mind that it's whipple that is breaking all of the track records, not Kenne Bell...

Also, here's a comparison. At only 12psi, when ran cold, my buddies 03 Cobra put down 464 rwhp. When run hot, it put down 406 rwhp. Eatons are alright, they add power, but they are THE SINGLE MOST INEFFICIENT supercharger out there. Its really NOT quite efficient, not even on low boost settings... The Saleen that I was talking, was only at 10 psi, with that IAT... And my car is on 23 psi!
