But if you're looking for a 96-98 4v car for really cheap, you could buy my 96 GT w/ a 96 4v in it haha
Yea its not fun if u dont knw how to do them, and shops will rape u to install them.

How hard is it to do headers on a 4v. The motor is pretty crammed in there...
I just did mine, and i didnt think that they were too bad at all. i dropped my k member and supported my engine with a strap and a engine hoist, once the k member is out the headers are right there and come out pretty easy. it was a weekend project for me and a buddy, but we had a lift that made it easy, but jackstands and a hoist in the garage will do just as well. im 18years old and i didnt think they were too bad and i have a descent amount of hands on skill, but it doesnt take an expert to do it. PM me if u need any info if u end up getting that 98 and doin headers

also i have just an intake and full exhaust and id be willing to bet its around 330hp+ at the crank and then if u get it tuned it should put u up around 350hp. i did my full exhaust at one time and i noticed a HUGE difference in power increse and when i get it tuned its just goin to get better

ya i was that buddy of PITMITCH, but hey i have 01 cobra love it its a good car and imo i like my stlye better....headers were fun did them on my car first except i used bassani headers...idk if the 98 has bassani for them but they piece together and are alot easier than the the solid one piece lt...down side you need to have a bassani x pipe but bassani is good quality stuff...and i would get a cobra over gt anyday there just more rare faster stronger in most cases...

I kinda like the sn95 style a little more, but it's just prefernce. Plus they're cheap. A lot of 96-98 Cobras are about 6-8k which is cheap if you ask me. Even if I got a blower im looking at like 12-13k total for a 460+ hp car. Seems like a deal to me.

Looking at a 1 owner '98 cobra Black on Black convertible with 12,000 orig. miles. Not driven much and well cared for super clean is 14K to much to pay?
Also, what would be the easiest and fastest upgrades to get more power as it seems weak compared to my '06 GT.

Are you keeping your 06 or selling it?
