my right front brake makes a noise every time the tire rotates, its weird it doesn't squeak, it just scratches. kinda like the pad touches the caliper in only one section, but i pulled the tire and couldn't figure anything t obe wrong, rotor isn't warped, and it turning it didn't result in the sound, idk wtf is up with it any ideas? its just annoying to have any flaw on my car and drives me nuts, thanks in advance

 

its most likely the dust cover has been bent and is rubbing

 

dust cover FTW same thing happened to me....if not that it still could be ever so slightly warped to the point that you can tell
