Not a big difference I see, but I can't get over the body. I hate to count aesthetics like that, but I reckon it's human nature. Also, how bad is 115,XXX miles?

Its not real bad but not good. THe motor isint gonna blow or anything, but I refer to it as a "Tired" motor. Which means it might not be pushing out the full hp/tq it should. If you were ever going to buy a car with that high of miles you should atleast have a mech check it out and deff DO NOT buy it without a compression test.

I understand. It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to find a reasonably miled '99 cobra for 8-9k though, which sucks.

Is there anyway you can save up another $2-3k? This way you can go up to 12k as ur limit. Why don't you finance?

+1 if you can take on a small car payment then I would... like i said you get an high milage motor and there's a BIG chance you're going to spend 2k for a tranny and god knows working on the motor...

btw.. most banks will limit how much you can borrow by setting a minimum - say 5k..

You could go that route, or just save up some more money before buying anything..

Btw.. I do have a 03' Mach 1 for sale Will run 12's with a set of tires
