You're quite a lucky person, just make sure it doesn't go to your head and you wreck it with your minimal experience!

THEN! 4.10 gears will solve your acceleration needs

but since you now own a mustang...... youre going to end up getting headers, catback, midpipe, tune, intake, underdrive pulleys, lowering springs...

then that wont be enough....

im sorry.....

BUT CONGRADULATIONS ON THE CAR!!!! AND LICENSE!!!!

This man speaks the Truth

and its good to see someone young on here, im 17 lol. i hate talking to these older guys sometimes, so you better stick around

get 4.10 or 4.30. 4.56 is too much for a street car thats Daily Driven. you will need some good tire to be able to hook u with 4.10's and your power. i do good with my 315's to not get squirelling going into 3rd. and it will feel like you added 100 hp or more to your car after your done lol

another +1 for back to stock... euro= rice... lol.

my 96 was my first car, as for the GT, if he has a few mods and can drive it will be a drivers race, yes your car is faster stock but you JUST got your license, don't embarass yourself and race him before you know how to drive it.

Like they said do gears, then exhaust, i wouldn't even bother with an intake so you don't have to remove the strutt tower bar (any intake worth a damn u have to remove it.) just go with a K+N drop in filter.
