Default DOHC heads swapping

I see on ebay people listing heads from Lincoln Mark 8 4.6 DOHC heads as being the same as Cobra 4.6 DOHC heads. Are they the same? I'm sure they at the same dimensionally as far as they'll physically fit but what about combustion chamber size and cam specs?

I'm new to the Cobras and was curious as to this fact. I just picked up a 96 Cobra with 104k mi and a blown head gasket. I'm researching about replacement heads incase one of mine is not usable.

Thanks --

Ahhh, you've come across why Ford chose to go with modular engines. They did this because, in order to save money, the engines could be used in multiple vehicles with different setups. I'm afraid though, that those heads are not the same heads that you'd find on a Cobra.
