Which CAI?

Which CAI?
Hi there new to forum. I just bought my first Cobra, it is a stock black 2001.
It is the best thing that I ever did and I don't know why I waited so long.
I do have a question. I want to add a CAI but I'm not sure which one to get that will give the best results. Is it really worth it? Do you notice the difference in power? I don't want a drag car and I want to keep it as close to stock as possible but I would like a little more power for cheap.
Any thoughts?
Thank you!!

Well i would say a CAI is more for cosmetics at a stock level which you are at then anything. You really arent going to see much of a gain with it. The stock intake is actually a fine piece of equipment. Now if you were FI, then it would be a diff story. I would say, instead of buying a CAI, get gears. 3.73, 3.90, or 4.10 if you dont drive alot on the interstate.
But if you insist on a CAI, i would say either a JLT or C&L. Both are great intakes.

Average cost is ~ $300-$500.
Just depends on where you go. They dont increase the hp/tq or anything. But you will def notice a diff in the seat of the pant feel. They are prob the best mod for a N/A car.
