Hello All,

New to the forum, and I have a mundane question. The e-brake cable broke on my '99 Cobra, and I need to replace all three cables. I can find the short center cable, and the right long cable, but the LEFT long cable is not available, that I can find. Question: what is the difference between the right and the left. I have a new right, and the only diff I can imagine is the little metal bracket that's "wrapped" around the cable towards the rear. Are the right and the left basically the same ? Can i use a left on the right ?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

i dont see why not, maybe if they are a different length or something but im pretty sure that you should be able to adjust it, ill get under my car on the weekend and see if they are any different.
