Default cobra problem

i have a 1996 cobra. i was needing some help getting my car back to normal, i just did the heater core and two days later it started to white smoke out of the exaust and the motor was really shakey. yes it did heat up but it did not over heat. both cylinder sides are full of water from raditor. i need some help knowing if i cracked block or head, need head gaskets or even freeze out plugs. the car woulnt start now. i put pressure into one of the cylinders and the air came out of the raditor cap. please give me information

You could do a comp test to see where it's coming from but your best bet is to pull the heads and look to see if you have a bad gasket.
I would try stop-leak first, worst case scenario you waste a few bucks and half an hour of your time.
Worst case scenario you cracked something in your block and water is seeping it.

Bad idea. It's like using a band aid to hold your guts in after a bear mauled you.

Pretty clear to me, you have massive amounts of water in the cylinders and air is blowing out the radiator cap, you probably cracked a head or had one major blow in the head gaskets.

Probably not worth it to swap out TBH. You will need a new intake among other things. I would say find some Mark VIII heads, they can usually be had for around $100 each, put your cams in, and slap it all back together.
