The guy wants 15k so its a pretty good deal assuming it isn't in bad shape. Thanks all of you for the help I think I will just take it to a local speed shop and have them look it over for me.

The compression and everything was fine but the owner said it still had a miss in the motor so he just took it to an auction and sold it. But when I find one I will let you all know. Thanks again!
