Ok guys i have wasted a bit of money cause I didnt pay attention. I ordered some side markers and they were the brand called "depo" and when i popped them in the weatherstripping popped off. So I ordered another pair and the place didnt specify the brand. Of course when I got them they were also Depo brand
Well one again i pop it in and half the weatherstripping pops off again.
It seems like the weatherstripping is not the right fit for the slot between the body and the light itself. Seems like it is about an inch too thick. Has anyone had this issue with these as well. What do you guys recommend. Any GOOD aftermarket brands or where could I get some good factory OEM Cobra side markers.
On another note, when I bought this car it had solid piece headlights(side markers and headlights were one piece.) I thought only the 99 and up could use the single piece headlight/sidemarker combo.
Has anyone bought the smoked from American Muscle? I just need something where the weatherstripping doesnt pop off.

I have not personally bought the smoked ones from american muscle, but plenty of people over on svtperformance.com have. If you haven't signed up over there yet you should. Their is a whole section just for your year cobra.
