Hey everybody! I just bought a 96 Cobra 2 days ago the only things it needs is the front bumper repainted and struts all the way around. I have been looking at all different brands and I just don't know which one will be the best for my car. I plan on taking it to the track but I race on the street more. I was thinking about hotchkis or strange. Do you guys think it would be wise to do one of the performance packages from summit? Should I lower it and put new sway bars? Or is it not worth it? Thanks for the information.

If it helps the cars is a convertible and has a bbk x-pipe, flowmaster super 40's 4.30 gears, ram clutch, and a short shifter.

 

dont bother getting new sway bars, i would look into koni yellow shocks/struts and some good upper/lower control arms

 

My combo that I love:
Struts: Koni yellow race
Shocks: Koni yellow race (for a foxbody)
Springs: Eibach Sportline
C/C plates: Maximum motorsports
Bump Steer: Steeda (but I would find some that are grease-able for D/D)
