Default Exhuast to low

I just installed 2 cats onto my catless x pipe becuase it was to loud for my taste and i had to pass nj inspection. Everything came together perfect and the exhuast sounds great now (not to loud but a nice rumble). Only thing is the exhuast seems to have been lowered about an inch or so and is now about 4 inches off the ground at its lowest point which is the first flange where the front of the muffler bolts to the x-pipe on the passenger side (driver side is just slightly higher at the same connection) and the exhuast occasionaly scrapes at that flange depending on the road im driving on, the car is also lowered a good amount about 2 inches all around, but the exhuast was high enough before i welded the cats onto the x pipe where it wouldnt scrape(I guess the extra weigh of the cats brought it down some). They should have made a hanger in the middle of the x pipe somwhere and not just by the muffler. Any idea on how i can lift the exhuast an inch or so right at that flange? 01 cobra

i totally agree and just one more set of hangers would make life so much easier!! This problems has happened to me multiple times....what i did was got a jack loosened all the bolts jacked the exhaust up to where it seems to be right then tighten it all down and it should hold as long as its all tight....goodluck!!
