Exclamation Engine/Fuel issue

I have a 97 mustang cobra that started acting up about two months ago. I was traveling on a bumpy part of an interstate when i felt the car start jerking back and forth. it dies unless i keep my foot on the accelerator.

I've already replaced the mass air flow sensor, idle air control valve, fuel filter, air filter, battery, battery terminals, and its still doing it.

the Ford service department here in town told me that they couldnt find any parts for it, so they cant work on it.

I feel like im out of options and nobody wants to even attempt to help me no matter how much i pay them. can anybody give me any helpfull hints as to what might be going on?

Mine did the same thing and it was only a spark plug. Might check that.
