will 285-35-18 tire on 10 inch rim be ok on rear of 01 mustang cobra?

They'll work....but why not go with a 295 or 305??

I have 285/40/17 rear 275/45/17 front no problem

thanks for all the info about the tires .my car now has 273-35-18 on 10 inch wide rims, & they dont look right.just wondering about bigger tires .thanks again.

get nitto 315s extreme drag radials thats what i have on my cobra and love them
