Type and capacity

what weight should i use on my rear differential? I have 3 bottles of royal purple 75w 140 just laying here that i didnt use on other projects. Is this good for my svt? and will three be enough?

Also add some ford Friction modifyer. Its recomended to add alittle no matter what brand oil you toss in there.
