Default Wheel Spacers

I have an 04 cobra and just bought some Godspeed wheels from cruzin concepts. The front seemed ok but the rear was a 40mm offset and the wheel bottomed out in the fenderwell to the point it popped out the center cap. Trying to return the wheels back to cruzin concepts but don't know how much luck I will have. Has anybody used wheel spacers to fix this kind of problem??

I used a 1" wheel spacer with my AZA wheels out back...looked good!

Your car looks really nice. I noticed you have it lowered. Did you have any trouble with the IRS bolt rubbing into your tires, are speed bumps a problem?? Right now when they lift my car the back tires rub the bolt which really bothers me.

the only type of spacer i would get would be a bolt on/hub centric stay away from the cheap ones that just slide on the studs

Thanks for the info. Did you have any problem with the existing studs sticking out. I don't want to be cutting anything off.
