Default No power from the firewall back!

[:@] Here's the deal: I just purchased a '03 Mustang Cobra SVT 10th anniversay edition convertible. Problem 1: it is a salvage car. It was invloved in a wreck that wiped out the passenger door and bent the A pillar. Problem 2: I am not certain, but I think, the guy that owned it previously had a humdinger of an alarm on here that he ripped out, partially. Problem 3: I have no power at all from the firewall to the console. It is dead! Would this be because of the alarm, or do I have a bigger problem on my hands, maybe from the wreck? Any help you can give is well appreciated. For your knowledge, this engine only has 2743 miles on it, that is not a typo. I just can't imagine this is an engine problem. What's your best guess?

Do you mean electrical power? If so, check all of your fuses first, then get a multi meter and start taking some readings from the main harness to find which wires have been cut.

Can you see any visible damage? Is the computer still there? Check for power at the fuses, in all key positions. Does the radio work, or is everything dead? How about lights, etc?
