What is the best launch RPM?



What is the best shift points for best run?

 

i sometimes lauch around 6200 but if i was u i would find a far back road and practice because you need to get right between where the tires are not breaking loose and yet it does not bog down thats worked for me......<IMG src=smileys/smiley15.gif border="0"> latr kurt

 

How do you launch at that RPM? I have a 9 1/2 drag radial on my car and I can't even launch at 2,000 without just burning them. That is after I lower the pressure. What hp are you running1bdrd? </P>

 

ow see i thought u was talking about street racing and ignore the 6200 rpms i must have been shot out the day i wrote that i got a pair of 555r's and they spin at 3200 on my car so if ur havin a prob at 2000 then what about suspensionparts or maybe adiff tire perhaps but anywayz sorry boutthat insuffiecent rpm but let me know latrman...................kurt<IMG src=smileys/smiley15.gif border="0">
