The Prowler, I do not fear it

There was one at the mopar nationals a few years ago with a blown 5.0 in it...
i think that the car would have been more successful even with something as simple as a manual transmission. how can you make a sporty roadster like that and not even offer a manual?
although, id have to see a stock auto jetta beat one...the prowler is a turd for the price and expectations, but its still faster than a jetta. i believe that in stock form, they are still at least mid 14 second cars...

Yep, though in San Diego I saw a guido douche driving one years ago. Dude was maybe 20? Drove it like an asshat. The other ones I ran into were driven by older guys, every driver though drove like asshats. (Though I have only run into 3 since they came out in the late 90s...).

I remember I ran against one at ubly a couple years ago.... I beat it, sadly enough I was rolling my stock lincoln LS and ran a 14.7 @ 98MPH on a 2.460ft to his 15.X... he got out to a car lead on me on the short time then I slowly rowed past him in granny gold... I felt bad for the guy

Yeah, I'm not digging either of those cars.
The prowler had the looks, but it was just a pit bull with the bite of a senile toothless dog... At least Chrysler has somewhat redeemed themselves as of late with the new "Hemi" cars, etc...
