Default Tuner set up question

Not sure if this was posted because when I hit "submit" the server was down, so here we go.

I will be back home from my deployment in less than a month and I'm concerned about installing my C&L CAI with Roush Axle Back. I'm looking at getting better mileage rather than speed or more horse power. What would be the recommended settings (example: 83 Performance, 93 Street, ect, ect)??

This will be my daily driving vehicle from home to work which is about a 20-30 minute drive one way...

Any response would be greatly appreciated...

You should have a tune loaded up already for that CAI, just select it, let the tool install it, and enjoy.

The AM guys are around here now and then, I'm sure they can help if you need more specific info.

If you are looking for pure MPG savings, I would go with 87 octane and just keep your foot out of it. That will be your biggest MPG savings right there.

Personally, I would never run 87 octane through my 11:1 CR 5.0, but thats just me....You are asking a lot of the knock sensors if you do that and go WOT.

Could you explain? Just asking because I hardly know anything about cars/mustangs and performance stuff (I just bought a Mustang as a Deployment gift for myself)....

Thanks
