Default o/d flashing after installing Bama tune yesterday

Just received my sct tuner yesterday and installed the 93 Bama street tune.
After an extended drive and some fun on the back roads i noticed the o/d light flashing.
Pre tune this has never happened before.
the car / transmission seemed normal when the o/d icon started flashing. (minus slightly hesitant shifts from 1st to 2nd). I figured that would fix itself as my ecu re-calibrates.
Could the transmission be overheating or even have taken damage from the tunes shift points, shift firmness ect... Or is it possibly just an ecu glitch
I really love the new tunes and don't want to revert back to stock, but more so would like to prevent any damage to my transmission.

Anyone else experience this with a bama tune on their new edge gt?
some help or insight would be mucho appreciated...

99_GT,

I apologize for the inconvenience your experiencing with your tune. It sound's like something may be going on within the Shift tables, but no worries we will get you taken care of immediately!

Our tunes are good 99% of the time. Occasionally there are errors because we hand write every tune file. I'm confident my Bama team will fix it quickly, majority of the time it's small human error when submitting your tune information or by a Bama member.

Shoot me over a PM & I'll have my head tuning specialist Mike Wilson contact you directly. He'll get you squared away with just a few peeks into your tune file & you'll be enjoying your tune in no time!

Thanks for sticking it out with us while we get your situation taken care of, we greatly appreciate you patients!

If you need immediate assistance, Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 10AM-3PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!
