multi-car Tuners?

I see that most Tuners marry to a car. Are there any Tuners that can be configured for 2 or 3 cars? I own 2 mustangs now.

SuperChips FlashPaq (1840) and Cortex Tuners can tune two at a time if you opt for it as there is a fee charged for the second vehicle capability .... and the tunes are canned.
